Affordable Rented Homes
Foxhall’s Homes aims where possible to include, up to 30% affordable rented homes per scheme (if more than 10 houses are on the site). Foxhall’s affordable homes are managed by Luton Council Housing department, not Foxhall Homes.
Anybody can register for an affordable home by using the following link: Housing register application – Luton Council
Please note: there is a limited supply of affordable homes in Luton and this means that most people who join the register won’t receive an offer of housing. Unfortunately, even those with the greatest need could be waiting several years before being offered a home.
