Data Protection Act 2018

The Data Protection Act 2018 is about the collecting, storing, processing and distribution of personal data.  It gives rights to everyone who has information held about them. It also places responsibilities on us as an organisation on how we handle the personal data we collect.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act Foxhall Homes LTD are the Data Controller and we have a duty to:

  • keep sufficient information to provide services and fulfil our legal responsibilities
  • keep your records secure and accurate
  • only keep your information as long as is required
  • collect, store and use the information you provide in a manner that is compatible with the DPA
